GENERAL

I JUST JOINED AS A MEMBER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST ALL HE LOVES BOX?

Our boxes are shipped out on the 5th-10th of every month through USPS priority mail, so you will receive your box in 3-5 business day. Our cut-off date for sign up is on 24th of each month so if you sign up after that day, you may receive the box for next month. For instance, if you sign up before December-24, you are locked for the January box. If you sign up after the December-24, we will send you the February box. However, we will ship you the box for the month that you signed up with us as long as supplies are still available. If you need more specific information about your box, please contact customer service at contact@allheloves.com.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I JUST MISSED THE SHIPPING CYCLE, DO I HAVE TO WAIT A MONTH TO GET MY BOX?

Not necessarily! As long as supplies are still available, we will ship you the box for the month that you signed up with us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY BOX IS DELIVERED?

Once your box ships, we will send you the tracking number so you can check the location of your box online and the expected delivery date. You’ll be able to see its movements in real time and can even activate notifications to stay on top of it. If you’re not home when your box is scheduled to arrive, you can reroute your box online, or ask the post office to hold your package until you can pick it up.

HOW IS MY BOX DELIVERED?

All He Loves Box will be shipped through USPS Priority mail. Please allow 3-5 business day for your box to be delivered. We will send you the tracking number so you’ll be able to see its movements in real time and can even activate notifications to stay on top of it.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

For a monthly membership, you are billed on the 15th of every month. For a seasonal membership, you are billed every 3 months.

Different from other boxes out there, All He Loves box supplies the most Innovative & Interesting products to men who want to upgrade their lifestyle. We partner with up and coming businesses from around the world to not only support them but also ensure you get the newest and coolest products out there. We don't want to just deliver goods, we give men whole new experiences.

What sorts of items will I receive in the All He Loves Box?

Every All He Loves box features a unique selection of full-sized premium products. Each month, you’ll receive a box built around a unique theme of Style, Self-care, Wellness, Technology, Household, Travel or something else entirely.

I’m intrigued! How do I purchase an All He Loves Box?

Becoming a member is super easy. We offer monthly and seasonal membership levels depending on how long you’d like to commit to the subscription. Not ready to commit for a subscription yet? No worries, we also offer a one-time box for you to try out. Please note, however, the same delivery times as a monthly to our single box options, meaning it will ship around the 5th-10th of the next shipping cycle.

I just joined as a member, when will I receive my first box?

It really depends on if you sign up before or after our cut-off date and the availability of our boxes. Our boxes are shipped out every month, so you will receive your box the next time we are in a shipping phase.

I just purchased an item from the All He Loves shop. When will I receive my item?

When you purchase item(s) from our shop, we typically ship in 5 business days. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Once shipped from All He Loves, delivery can take 3-5 business days. You can opt-in for real-time updates via USPS.

MY ACCOUNT

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you don’t remember your password, contact support and we can reset it for you. If you’ve tried a few different variations and still can’t get into your account, you’ve probably been locked out! Give it 24 hours to try again, or you can contact us to reset it.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes! Please contact contact@allheloves.com and we will take care of it for you!

Can I change my email address?

Yes! Please contact contact@allheloves.com.

BILLING

When will my card be charged?

For the monthly subscription, we will charge all customers on the same day and normally on the 15th of the month.

For the seasonal subscription, we will charge all customers every 3 months and usually on the 15th of the first month in the quarter.

How do I update my billing information?

Please sign in your account on our website, go to My Account, then edit the payment information.

SHIPPING

What countries do you ship to?        

We are currently shipping within the continental United States and Canada only.

How much does shipping cost?

For subscription boxes, we charge a flat rate shipping of $5.99 to anywhere in the continental United States and $25 to Canada.

For products in our shop, we charge a flat rate shipping of $5.99 to anywhere in the continental United States and $25 to Canada.

TRACKING

When will I receive a tracking number?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number directly from All He Loves team. If you do not receive your tracking number once shipping has begun [which we will specify via social media], please contact: support@allheloves.com

Help! I didn’t receive my box.

No sweat. We got you covered. Please contact us at contact@allheloves.com.

My All He Loves box is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

If you did not receive your box, please contact contact@allheloves.com right away. However, do us a favor, please contact the shipping carrier using our tracking number first. If they still can’t help you out, we will take it from there.

CANCELLATION

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your month-to-month and seasonal membership at any time, free of charge, by logging in to your account and following the cancellation procedures.

How do I cancel my All He Loves subscription?

We’re sad to see you go! Log in to your account and select “Cancel Subscription.”

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

I don’t like my selection! Does All He Loves accept returns?

Every month, we usually send out sneak peek to reveal what will be included in our box for next month so you will know what you are getting. Due to the custom nature subscription boxes, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns, refund, credit, exchange or transfer after the order has been shipped. If you are unhappy with any item in particular, please email contact@allheloves.com.

I received a damaged item! What happens now?

If you received a damaged item, please contact contact@allheloves.com within 30 days of shipping and we’ll take care of it for you.

I would like a refund.

Let’s talk about it! Contact us at contact@allheloves.com. We know it’s frustrating, but canceling your subscription online does not automatically get you a refund. For the Month-to-Month Memberships and Seasonal Memberships, all sales are final. Please review our terms for more information.  We will give refunds on certain orders that have not been shipped, but once the boxes have been shipped you can’t exchange or return items for a refund.
